Return Policy

Returns

All products are made to order using print-on-demand production. Because each item is produced specifically after your order is placed, we do not offer voluntary returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, ordering the wrong size or color, or any other non-defective reason.

Please make sure to review the size chart and product details carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item is defective, damaged during shipping, or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at klucky.orga@gmail.com.

To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include:

  • your order number,

  • a description of the problem,

  • and clear photos showing the defect or incorrect item.

If your claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Exchanges

As all products are made to order, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If your item is defective or incorrect, we will gladly provide a replacement after reviewing your claim.

European Union – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, the item must be returned in its original condition: unworn, unused, with tags attached, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item (where applicable), we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.
